Buyer protection policy

It is The Seasoning Pantry’s priority to make sure that you are protected whenever you buy on The Seasoning Pantry marketplace. When you pay for an order placed on The Seasoning Pantry, we initiate the Buyer Protection policy, which makes sure that your purchases are protected. We will only transfer the payment to the seller once he has updated the shipping information on our platform, information that automatically becomes available to you too.

In case your parcel doesn’t arrive at all or arrives with significant damages during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. We will look into the matter and make sure that your purchase is refunded to you. Please, see our Refund Policy.

We also employ extra-measures against financial fraud to ensure that your data is safe with us: when you submit your card information during the payment process (card number, names, CVV codes etc) it is encrypted and we do not store it.
