Seller fulfilment policy

Our Seller Fulfilment policy allows sellers to have the sole responsibility to manage the entire packaging and shipping process to customers. This implies that the seller takes care of all expenses involved in shipping the products directly to the buyer.

Please note that this fulfilment method comes with many benefits to the seller, by helping sellers:

-       To maintain control over every aspect of the business.

-       To keep track of inventory in stock and the changes that need to be made to improve sales and profits.

-       To have a complete overview of all financial costs incurred in a given transaction.

-       Increase margins on every product, since the seller does not need to pay additional fees to send goods to our warehouse and for us to fulfil orders for them.

How to fulfil an order

Perform a quality check of your product before packaging. Make sure that you are sending the correct item the buyers have paid for, to avoid return or rejection of the product by the buyer.

Use quality packing materials that can withstand stress and can protect the product while on transit, during shipment to the buyer. To avoid damage during shipment and return of the product, use inner packaging such as a shock-absorbing protection, bubble wrap, padding, newsprint or other protective material.

Attach the invoice and shipping label to the package. Make sure to seal the package with enough tape to prevent loss of items from the package. Make sure to clearly write the correct address and information of the buyer and to enter your return address.

Arrange for a pickup with your nearest courier service or drop it off yourself at the nearby courier or postal service for immediate dispatch.

Update shipment and dispatch notification with tracking details to buyer and to site administrator for easy tracking and follow-up.
