Our Buyer Protection policy is valid only for purchases made on The Seasoning Pantry marketplace. In case of refunds, the money will be sent to the same account used to make the original payment.
If you have difficulties with your payment, there are several reasons for this:
- Maintenance service on our website may render the payment services unavailable. We recommend trying to purchase the item(s) an hour later or so.
- Issues with your card/bank account. Please contact your bank to verify if there are sufficient funds available, if there are any security restrictions on your account or if the limit of purchases/day or expenses/day has been reached.
- Inconsistencies between the name and address you declared at the bank versus the name and address you declared on The Seasoning Pantry platform.
If your debit/credit card purchase fails, please check if you are trying to use a card type unsupported by The Seasoning Pantry. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Discover. Additionally, verify that all the information required in the payment form is correct (card number, full name of card owner, card expiry date, CVV number).
